Emily & Adam

Though the forecast called for scattered thunderstorms, beautiful weather surrounded this wedding! Emily & Adam were married on May 31, 2008 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osakis, MN, the church Adam grew up in. The church was packed with friends and family to witness this sweet couple get married. After the ceremony, everyone headed to Gerard's in Sauk Centre for the reception. Being a family of golf enthusiasts, the couple decided that instead of clinking glasses to get them to kiss, someone needed to sink a putt. How creative is that?! Thanks for letting us be a part of your special day, Emily & Adam. Have a great time in Jamaica!

Jessica & John Engagement

Saturday morning we headed over to Island Park in Fargo to meet up with Jessica and John for engagement pictures. This is a special place for them because they got engaged under the gazebo in Island Park! It was a beautiful morning and the wind hadn't quite picked up yet, so we got to take lots of fun pictures around the park... under the gazebo and on the playground equipment too! Jessica and John will be married in almost exactly one year from when we took these pictures... May 23, 2009.

2008 Weddings

Wow! The 2008 wedding season is upon us! We're excited for all of our weddings coming up... it is going to be a great year!

If you are getting married this summer or fall and have still not scheduled your local engagement session with us, please contact us as soon as possible. Our weekends are really filling up with weddings, graduation, and engagement sessions!

New this year, we will be setting up an online gallery of select photos from your event to share with friends and family soon after the wedding. Keep your eyes peeled on the blog though, that will still be the first place for a sneak peek of your pictures to appear!

Tara & Corey Engagement

Last Saturday we had fun taking engagement pictures for Tara and Corey at Frederick Miller Spring in Eden Prairie, MN. Tara and Corey are a very bubbly couple and we are excited for their wedding this August! There were so many fun pictures it was hard to pick just a few for the blog... and I still picked out 10! Thanks for the fun session you guys, and I hope you brought home less wood ticks than we did!

Jill

On Saturday afternoon we started at the Coon Rapids Dam but then moved to the park behind Banfill Locke where it wasn't raining as much! I've known Jill since she was born, so it was really cool to be able to take her senior pictures. She still has the same contagious smile she had as a little girl! Congrats Jill! Good luck in all you do.

Tom

On Sunday afternoon it was a lot nicer outside! No more rain! I headed out to the downtown Anoka area to take some more pictures of my little brother (not so little anymore...he's seventeen!) before graduation. Though, from these pictures you would not think we were anywhere near a downtown! Tom is planning to go into graphic design this fall, and I think that will be awesome. Congrats Tom!
